I missed something literally at the very start of the game. What I supposed to do with a heart that can throw, and how to get that key?
I mean I tried to through the heart in the key, but it didn't do anything. Maybe I missed something. If you can give me a little tip - would be really sweet of you, and I'll try again! :)

The visual is perfect anyway. Loved it, even considering that I did not understand what to do))

hi there! thank you so much for playing (: the heart will stick to the wall if thrown (be mindful of the distance; if you're too far away it will bounce off the wall instead) and then you can press "z" to grapple across the voids! this is how you can get the very first key to progress further into the game. here's a tip, though: don't try to grapple across spikes! spikes can't hurt you, but they will hurt your heart. <3

Thank you for the tip! Didn't know about Z button.
After I jumped through the void, the "help bubble" apiece. I think it should have appeared before.... right?)

So I went through, played a few minutes more and must say that your game is really stuck in my heart. The level design of this game is a bit simple, but I fell in love with the design and cuteness of this game. Loved it!
Would like to see more of it :)

thank you so much! and yeah, I think if we were to revisit this we might find a better way to introduce the "z to grapple" information; more than a few people have gotten confused about it, unfortunately.  :') Live and learn!

We planned to use slimes in our game at first, haha! Yours are cuter I think. :D

I like your game art. Also the animations are really well done. I had a closer look at how you animated your slime - still have a lot to learn in that field. If you want to have a look at how I was animating our jelly hero, check out the game we submitted. Would like to hear your feedback.

I think it is great game but I think it does not need a life system, as it is just frustrating to go back to the start.

The graphics are really really nice! Sounds too, but I couldn't get past the heart key that was next to a large pit :( I did not understand how to get the key.

If I may add a suggestion, to make it less easy to fall/die where there is void :)
