How does your game fit the theme?
Both the player and the enemies are made up of parts joined together. The player must take advantage of the fact that they can sever entire sections of enemy ships by destroying a single "link" in the connection chain, and must also be careful of that fact when building their own ship.

This is a lovely idea and a lot of fun to play (once you start getting into it. I would suggest changing the colour of the background or the enemy fire, because they seem to get lost together, and I would also have some kind of guide to what blocks do what, but these are easy to fix improvements to a very strong core idea. It reminded me of the gummy ship section in Kingdom Hearts, and a little bit of FTL. Great work!

I really want to love this game because it's such a neat idea. And the aesthetics are great. There's small things in the graphics that tell me that certain parts should be placed behind and certain parts should be in front, which is great. However, the actual combat is really, really hard. Like, I found I could rarely kill any enemies at the start with my regular core. And that really crippled me for later on. It was literally impossible for me to not take damage to fight these ships, which really sucked!

I wish there was some additional mobility or similar that allowed me to dodge or not take damage. I thought there was a shield part or something, but I don't think I ever saw it. I wish some of the parts were a little clearer as to what they were. Otherwise though, cool idea!

Great game! I will play that one again and again!

The idea is neat, however it was really tough to shoot somebody (and nearly impossible to do that without taking hits), because enemies move really fast (and also shoot very fast).

I found it difficult to get started – the early enemies seemed to take too long to kill so I spent a long time without many parts on my ship. Still, cool concept. Reminds me of Captain Forever. :)

Very cool game, and great art! There are lots of things going on at once once parts are floating by, but that makes the experience more intense.

Great game! Really liked the concept of building /upgrading your ship throughout the run. Although, it was quite hard to see projectiles of enemies ships. Otherwise great jobb!
