The game looks really cool, but I was unable to play for long, since the ship seemed to barely move at all. I tried the Windows version.

Developer

This seems like a bug on all versions (mac, linux and windows). It's sad that we can't change this bug before the end of the jam.

The game looks great and the energy beam is amazing, makes me pretty embarassed of my png beam to be honest. I don't know if the input for the Mac port is broken, but my ship is extremely slow, by the time I get to a station to charge up earth is one asteroid away from destruction. I wish the game started with full batteries, I didn't manage to actually destroy an asteroid with the starting amount of energy.

Developer

Unfortunately, we could not test it on a MacOS but we know there are problems with the movementspeed on other systems :c

Thanks for the comment!

takes a little to learn, but once i figured it out it was a fun game, good job!

Developer

Thank you for your feedback! Great that you enjoyed the game.

A bit steep learning curve but its fun to figure everything out and the game is pretty fun once you understand how to play. Nicely done! Fits the theme really well!

Wow! Great 3d game! I absolutely loved the feeling of being in space and flying around. Good fit for the theme as well; The recharge mechanic was bang-on.  Fantastic job!

Developer

Thanks! The recharching mechanism was the only thing that felt right (and actualy worked) from the beginning. Very happy that you like the feeling of the spaceship controls, that was a hard one we solve minutes before the deadline.

Interesting. The only thing that I saw that could use some work was the minimap, since the 2D dots for the asteroids look confusing when trying to find the objects in 3D space. The overall presentation is great though!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. Yeah the minimap turned out to be pretty useless. In an upcoming version, we will fix it oooor (my personal dream) replace it with a 3D map, showing us the height and vectors of all incoming asteroids

Took a second to get the hang of managing the ships energy but once i got that down i really got into the game. very fun!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Great that you enjoined the game.

We decided the recharge and drain values of our energy by throwing darts at a board. Seems like it worked out 😁

Also, If theres ever an update id love a nice big boost so i can dart around a bit fast. :D

Developer

Great idea! Dang it, now we have to continue the development 😉😄
