The controls are excellent. I like the floaty jump but I can still feel the weight of the chain and the companion. Also, having to use two control schemes in the same keyboard was a good idea.
The puzzles are clear and fun. Good job!

I do like the idea of having two characters chained together through a wall limiting movement, but I would have loved to see the mechanic used in a way that set up puzzles requiring movement back and forth, or even use of the chain itself (like wrapping it around an object and using both characters to pull. That said, this is a jam and likely not enough time to realize all this.
Joining characters in 2 different rooms is a great idea. The behaviour of the chain is a bit annoying though - a few times it ended up being under the player making it impossible to jump and I had to restart the game. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the general vibe of the game.
This is a fun idea, that's a little hampered by mechanics. Often, my chain would bunch up at the wall and the character would get stuck on top unable to jump. Would love to see more of this once it's a little more polished, and what you've got is incredible for 48 hours.
