Very nice idea! There was such an item in The Binding of Isaac that caused exactly this effect and I've never taken it! xD
Nice presentation, gameplay mechanics and concept. I miss more mechanics around the heart and a little bigger stamina bar. Overall, it's a cool game
Everything works well and feels fun and satisfying to play, but the balancing could be fixed a little to make the game easier. Nice job!
