How does your game fit the theme?
Certain enemies are linked. The link has to be broken by separating the enemies. You can connect with your enemies with a hookshot. The main way to deal damage are two connected pylons

Impressive, especially if you made most of the art yourself. Would have been fun if you were able to swing enemies around like a flail.

This game is pretty fun and has some impressive visuals. Though the yeeter was pretty weak and I didn't find myself using it very much, so that could've been strengthened. Oh also, a minor thing, when the game starts your mouse isn't locked and you have to click for it to lock, so you should try to fix that.

Hi there, thanks for your kind words! :)

Yes, we noticed both of those issues as well. In fact, the mouse unfocus happens every time a menu screen appears. (e.g. when pausing the game with P) But didn't have any time to address those things. I hope we can find some time the coming weekend or so to get rid of the more glaring bugs.

Loved the art and the pulling concept on the enemies! The only thing I didn't quite get the grasp on were the light portalas created when the enemies died. Apart from that, good job!

Developer

Thanks! :)

The idea is that you pull enemies through those walls or "portals" to kill them, as your weapon itself doesn't do any damage. There are also a few bugs which lead to some additional walls spawning, or sometimes the walls appear as small violet cubes which shouldn't be there.

I really love the art. Nice job ^^

This looks and feels a lot more than a jam game - well done making it!

Nice one. The push could have been stronger. Enemies sometime spawn under texture and cant move.

Developer

Agree. Last minute balancing lead to that. We noticed that the push-shot had no cooldown, so we compensated it by giving it a weaker pushback, rather than implementing a cooldown mechanic, as we ran out of time.

well done!
love the look of the enemies! :)

Woow, this graphics is unbelievably good! Amazing job!

Also check your tutorial text, it blends a little with the background.

Developer

Thanks for the kind words!

Yeah I wish we had some time to at least give the text a border or a different color so it's more readable.

Amazing graphics and presentation. Rated it 5 for everything. If you could check out my game it would be great since it's my first game jam
