Sad we couldn't try it. It looks nice on the screenshots. I like when people do a game with "paint-style" or "paper-style" animations :)

Screenshots look interesting. Such a petty that your upload ran into that problem. When I saw your games title and description, I wanted to play it. Because it sounds and looks similar to what we were aiming for with our game. Maybe you want to check out?

This looks like a problem I have had, so here is what I did: In Unity, go to Project Settings, Player, Settings for WebGL, Publishing Settings. Change Compression Format to Gzip. Rebuild and reupload. Maybe it will work for you too.
OMG that's really helpfull. Now build is working, but we can't upload it to the jam, unfortunately. Thanks for advice.
Your screenshots really look neat! I hope you can fix it and I can play your game next week. I know a lot of things can go wrong at the end of a game jam.
You could also try "Project Settings>Player>Publishing Settings>Decompression Fallback: TRUE"
I don't know about influence of that, but thanks for advice, we have to change compression format :)

I've encountered same problem myself but fortunately had time to fix it...
Rather than selecting Unity project on itch.io submission you should pick HTML project and upload zipped folders which got built.

In some reason web build for game is broken and no time to make new one for PC, so you will be able to see how it looked like later
