This looks cool and has great ambience but I found it hard to understand what was going on.

Educational games are always very exciting. Great idea, well executed. Good job!
I had to look up what Ligant means and now I feel dumb.
Awesome concept. I was worried for a bit when the atoms attached in a tree pattern that blocked access to the inner connectors, but I guess they can just spawn in there if you keep trying.
I could see a version of this being a great puzzle game.
