Really well done! I would have loved to know how to craft the potions! Really nice entry!
It was quite confusing at the beginning, but I actually really enjoyed this! The art and music were good and the concept was super fun.
Some instructions to how to craft the items would be great, but this was a fun concept! Very limited storage but I guess that's what makes it challenging ahaha very fun!
Really nice game!
Game was really fun to play!
One thing that bothered me was that I couldn't pick up items the hero was standing on. Also, the later upgrades prevent you from having more than one potion. It would be nice if you could store items next to the crafting-table or similar, maybe? Although, if this is a limitation for balancing, then that's okay, but then I would kinda like to know what recipes I'm able to make.
Liked the concept ! Feels somewhat enjoyable to control the support of an hero, the game is nice, although I'd have appreciated a recipe book or something to know materials needed for upgrades. I think the game could have been a little harder aswell, but overall I had a great time testing it :)
A very cool concept. I really like sort of scurrying under the hero's feet and giving him stuff, and picking up the remains. I would have liked to see some more interaction between the sidekick and the enemies; I'm assuming it was planned but you ran out of time? Because I see there's a healthbar on the side, which I assume is the sidekick's?
The difference in style between the hero and the sidekick was a bit strange looking, but both are nice in their own right. Also, most of the time, the hero sort of just hangs out at the last entrance he was at. Maybe he could walk back in so the fighting isn't so isolated to the edges? And/or make him walk slower?
I liked that the potions were made of stuff you picked up (though maybe recipes in the table would have been nice?), and that upgrades could be bought (though it was annoying to go into upgrades, see you can't afford anything, and then be forced to go to the next wave, rather than being able to rest instead). However, the hero very quickly became an unstoppable killing machine. Cool game.
wish the inventory wasnt so limited but well done!
