Reminds me of those puzzles where you need to navigate a ball through a wooden maze to get it into a hole. This game is hard, but still fun. And I love the words of encouragement the player gets, when they fail.
This is definitely one of the nicest games in this jam.
The visuals and music both are really good and suit the game alot!
One minor bug I found was that sometimes, upon beating a stage, the next level won't have a collision or smth and I fall through the floor ;(
But considering how you are 12
(how)AND its nice polish AND that you made this with no engine, I consider that a MAJOR well done! :)Thanks for the encouragement, it really keeps me motivated! I'm sorry to hear that, I was rushing to get it working and didn't have enough time to playtest... It's my first time making a game with physics, so I'm still learning!
This is really cool. The camera angle was a little hard to work with, but I really like the concept. Also the fact you did this with no engine, at 12 is extremely impressive. Really good job, keep making games.
Thanks! I know, it can be quite challenging at times (just kidding really challenging), but it is not that hard when you make your own engine from the (rather massive) codebase I have :)
Congrats on this cool concept !
Thanks!
Hey this is a cool concept! I like how the jump mechanic works and think it could lead to some cool mechanics! The phyisics are a bit wonky in my opinion and the camera angle doesnt help, but all of that is workable, so really cool entry!
And it is pretty impresive you build it all in javascript! Even more so being only 12 years old!
Keep it up! I think you have a bright future!
Thanks for the encouragement, it keeps me motivated! I'm sorry for the bugs, it's my first ever time to use the word "physics" :)
Nice game ! I had a bit of trouble understanding what triggers the jump, but other than that, nice one, congratulation !
Thanks! As for the controls, you just tilt it one side and then rapidly switch to the other, like a catapult.
