Cool idea but a little too easy! The sound effects and the visuals are simple yet satisfying and feels like the original Pong. The main issue comes from how easy it is to dodge stuff as long as you pay attention. Maybe it might've been more challenging if you tried to avoid the paddles or added more spikes?

Cool Game, at some point i just watch the ball pinging around, kind of therapeutic and satisfying.

Thanks for playing, hope you enjoy the simple mechanics collision!

Interesting take on the pong idea. Being able to stop whenever you want to re-aim probably makes it a bit too straightforward? I feel like this could be seriously cool if there was a cooldown between aiming, with some more dynamic and moving elements on the screen perhaps. Anyway, nice job!

I'd appreciate it if you check out my game too if you have a minute!

Developer

That's some cool advices, I will make more effort in mechanics design in my next game, thanks for playing around, hope you enjoy it!

nice game :3 t, would like if both stopping and going were left clicks

Developer

Hope you enjoy it! Yes my first design is click the left button, but my coding skill is so bad that I decide to make it the right click, I will figure out how to do it next time lol, thanks for playing

Nice and simple game.

Unfortunately, it is pretty easy to exploit the game and go as slow as you want.

My suggestion would be to make only the direction of the ball player controlled but the speed goes up over time.

Developer

Thanks for playing. Yes, the ball going slow is really like the cheat code in this game, and looking back is really bad descision though lol. This is my design flaw, I will try to make better choice btw different mechanics next time, hope you enjoy it!

Simple in its presentation and easy to pick up as well without any tutorial required. A suggestion: instead of completely stopping the ball, maybe slowing down time could make it more balanced, but nonetheless, super fun to keep playing!

Developer

Thanks for playing, and hope you enjoy it! I think the bullet time is much more great idea, and it's the design flaw between the force bar and the bullet time, cause the bar is time base, and I will make better design decision in my next ideas, thanks for playing!
