How does your game fit the theme?
My game took the core concept of the game Dragonfire from the Atari 2600 and flipped it on its head, where instead of storming the castles of dragons, you play as the dragon trying to kill the player with fireballs.

Simple but fun. Very good game feel, I think it's because of sounds and effects. Did you use Godot?
Nice entry. It's a cool concept and a solid prototype for this sort of game. Some additional feedback would be helpful - it's unclear what some of the upgrades do, and a visual cooldown of the fireball would be appreciated. The blood effect is pretty satisfying. There's a lot you could add on to this type of game to really make it something special - a loss condition, a bit of music, maybe some more enemy types and a progression system. Good job!
Cool concept! At points, the enemy waves were exploding with swarms of enemies, was that intended?
Also I feel like there is no incentive to actually defend the castle because you don't lose anything for letting enemies walk to the castle, except the money to kill them.
Congrats on submitting!
Very fun, I really liked the presentation in particular. Simple yet very cool.

Excellent game! It's a good concept and the upgrade progression is really fun. I personally was confused by what the different upgrades actually did at first, so some more explanation there would be an improvement. But overall, it's very enjoyable.
Super fun! Difficulty spikes caught me off-guard, but I prevailed and it added to the fun even more.
I love this 8-bit violence aesthetic, kind reminds me of Bloody Zombies where you fight zombies with lawnmover and swim on pools of their blood
Also, cute dragon <3
I like the blood particles, they definitely add a lot to this game. I do think the game needs some more feedback. It was not clear what some of the upgrades did and there should be something on the screen showing the attack cool down. I was confused at the start why I couldn't fire again.
