How does your game fit the theme?
In traditional tower defence games you build towers, that automatically attack incoming enemies. In Reverse Tower Defence roles are reversed - you are controlling the turrets and game chooses random upgrades for you. Can you defend planet from slimes, no matter what weapon combinations will you get?

Did your team create the vast majority of the art during the 48 hours?

Did your team create the vast majority of the music during the 48 hours?

You did your best, but apparently it wasn't enough. Overall good game, I enjoyed the reverse idea.

Nice, it's a kind of action tower defense we could say?

Very nice idea but you need a sound

Developer

I agree, had to unfortunately cut sound due to lack of time

fun game but i dont get how it fits the theme

Developer

Hey, I guess I can explain myself. In traditional TD games you focus on building and upgrading your defences, that automatically shoot at incoming enemies. In my game those roles are reversed - you are "the defences", and you have no say in what upgrades you get, game chooses them for you. Hope that clears it up!

Nice, this was a cool take on the theme! I think it would have been nice if you could have left your turrets shooting in a certain direction , but maybe that defeats the point

Developer

Yeah, I think it would be too similar to traditional TD games. If I were to develop the game further I think I would rather scrap those fast shooting "automatic" turrets entirely, and focus on player switching between more of those slower turrets with longer reloads.

Visuals were solid and switching between turrets was smooth. Fun game overall

What a cool toake on the Topic, playing as individual towers. Nice.
And I love everything about it. The art, the vast amount of upgrades (where control is reversed yet again) and content. wow.

I like this game a lot! I think enemy art could be cool, but still really fun.

I enjoy it, but sound is missing, and I feel it could have been more clear where the point you take damage is.
