How does your game fit the theme?
(Check out game page if it gives you an error upon opening the game) The narrator of the game is a creator of a game jam, so that's roles reversed, and then we get to play games that were supposedly made with other engines, so that's roles reversed of engines (this is a stretch) and there are two endings, the one where the narrator discovers they *are* the game when they thought they were the one making games so that's like roles reversed between the game and the gamedev and so on and so forth. theres a lot of things in the game you can interpret this way . also the in universe game jam has the same theme of "roles reversed" so that's fun.

The amount of effort put into this for a meta joke is astonishing, the game is funny and some how way better looking than it has any right to be, the doorknobs actually having an animation when trying to open the door is some really great attention to detail, had a lot of fun!
Love it, excellent job!
Having some alternate dialogue when playing the game immediately again would have made this perfect, but I can only assume that came down to time.
The fake engine intros were also adorable
thank you!!!! i originally planned like 8 or so endings but had to cut down to two due to time constraints.
0/10 I didn't even get the choice to say "I don't" to our marriage. Kidding! I had a lot of fun- could have flipped those bread roles to the beat for hours!
funny little game, ending catched me off guard
I can just tell most of production went into the bread minigame, before that i was just following along the bit but my jaw dropped when that part played
big funny, but even after dating the presenter for 5 years he couldn't get my name right so idk about that "best gay couple ever" claim
A polished game with clear inspiration from the Stanley Parable!
Good job on making this!
As a fan of Stanley Parable/Beginner's Guide myself, I can only express my joy playing this. Neat concept, and I enjoyed the meta jokes about the theme.
Congrats for also making voice lines, it's quite a lot of work!
thank you! i recorded the voicelines on my phone on the first day of the jam without even having the majority of the game finished and i had to reuse and reorganize it to make sense, im glad its coherent!
I can see some Stanley Parable vibes here, love every bit of it! 9.5/10 due to the dark rooms, but everything else is just perfect. Feels very refreshing since I expected a lot of games where "player is enemjy and enemy is player" :)
Fun concept, I loved seeing the different engines pop up
my mind has boggled
this is infact, quite a pro gamer moment.
quite swag!
pretty epic
