I'm a super fan of the pixel art and UI, i would recommend to change the dialogue font to match the global design but overall it's a cool game !
The premise of this game is so good. The fun banter between the characters, the music, the environment. I really like how the books stack up and are prone to falling from collisions
The character is cute and funny. I liked it.

The only nitpick being dialog UI covers the level while you are running through it
Omg thank you so much!! The fast paced-ness was definitely a necessity for the game feel. We spent a lot of time fine tuning the movement and camera, so I'm glad it turned out well.
The dialogue was a last second addition, and I definitely agree it clashes with the speed of the levels.
The art is so beautiful! Really loved it! The puzzles are also really good. Overall is a really good game.
I just can't find a connection with the theme.

Aahh amazing fast paces game, feels super satisfying!! Even replayed it to read all the dialogue options since multitasking not dying and reading was too much for me. Very nice music and the art is beautiful, definitely deserves more hype!

Only thing i'd ask for is proper controller support bc i dont like platformers with keyboard and mouse.

I saw this game on Gnomable's stream and the music was too good for me not to check it out myself. The art is great as well and I had fun playing this one. Took a few attempts for me to figure out how the dash worked but I got it eventually. Couldn't really read the dialogue as the character was moving too fast to let me focus on reading and moving at the same time but what I saw of it was super charming.
