Amazing idea I must say. I quite enjoyed it! Building cakes made me remind of that old Windows 7 game called Purble Place!

Thanks! I'd completely forgotten Purble Place existed until after the jam but I played a bunch of it as a kid so it probably inspired elements of this game :)

Very Cute! I loved the feedback and sprite design. At the end I wanted more! I couldn't figure out how to present the cake to the rating system. :(

This game is super neat for the building aspect, but I thought there'd be a rating system or something. Very creative though!

Thanks! It does tell you if you get it to exactly match the photo. I did want it to show you how close you were as a percentage but I'm still not sure how I'd handle the checking for that 😅

This is the first game I've given a full rating for. Just sharing thoughts as I was playing.

"wow no way, the dimension system is really intuitive!"

"oh phew I can move cakes.. I feel bad about throwing the one I cut wrong away, maybe I can save it for later." (I didn't throw away any cake in the end!)

"Neat! I can color the icing!"

"What are these rectangle decorations? Ohhh they're windows! that's really cute!"

"THERE ARE GOOGLY EYES!"

Not sure if I was missing anything, but was there only one level for design? 
Please make this into a full game!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Glad you had fun with it! Yeah, there's only one level. I originally planned to have more but they're a bit too time consuming and annoying to setup at the minute with the jam code 😅

It's supposed to be a person staring in awe at the buildings, but going by the "let your imagination run free" vibe, I guess it could be a lamp post too! :)

Yeah, that's something I wanted to add but I didn't have enough time for it. Had too much potential to add weird bugs if I rushed it in and got it wrong.

Very good concept and excellent execution! I also had an idea where players would need to cut meat but eventually went with something else. Glad to see someone made something similar!

Really cute idea, perfectly fit with the jam. The art was perfect, mechanics super simple to understand. This was really a phenomenal game, so polished.

Love the idea of building cakes to scale. Was pretty impressed with how smooth and seamlessly everything worked. The individual mechanics were very easy to grasp and I have to say I genuinely think the ruler measuring mechanic is super cool, and the follow up with the chopping board was super satisfying.  My only feedback is that I wish there were a way to remove decals. 

Overall wonderful little toy of a game, with some very satisfying elements.

Really well done. I think

Thanks! I 100% agree with it needing something to remove the decals, it was something I did want to add but there just wasn't time for it in the end.
