Nice game! I liked the mechanics and I loved the dialogue between levels (very funny that the man didn't answer the ghost, left him hanging with his measure joke lol). Didn't finish the whole game, but I may come back to it! It was interesting to put so many red herings in the form of enemies. Like, there's enemies in places that you're just not supposed to go.
Very fun to sneak around the mansion, I love the spookiness and pixel rpg feel. The ending had such a fun and chilling twist!
The game is very aesthetically pleasing and entertaining. Perfect for anyone who likes mysteries and enjoys a whiff of spookiness. The individual levels are challenging enough to provide the player with a challenge, yet not difficult enough to be frustrating. The difficulty increases as we move forward in the game. I like the implementation of the jam theme and the 'ghost mode' is very fun and useful for a player. I like the outline of the plot, the story that was shown in the game. I would love to play a longer, extended version of the game. Great job overall. <3
interesting game.. I like the graphic style (especially the furniture and environment). The puzzles are also interesting, although there could be a little more of it. But I understand - limited time. Very confusing ending... what actually happened there? Was the guy cursed in that house or was he like that from the very beginning (but hid it from Measurio) ? So many questions and so few answers.. :( I played twice and I still do not know but I had a lot of fun anyway
Beautiful art.. cool mechanics (i liked that the ghost can move anywhere, it opens wild choices for puzzle solving)
I liked the story and the dialogue per levels.
few minor bugs, however, it doesn't break the game and you can still make the block smaller using the ghost and get your way out!
Nice sounds and overall atmosphere works well! Good job guys! ^^
Thanks for your comment, glad you liked the game and writing :D
I like it. I've seen a few games about scaling in the jam but this is the first one that combines stealth with it,
The scaling and vision ray obstruction thing is a bit janky but that's to be expected in a jam.
The pixel art is great and gives RPG vibe. The BGM sets the mood pretty well.
Overall a solid entry.
Thanks for your comment! We are glad you like it - and if we update the game next time you can be sure we will try to fix the jankiness (maybe not all of it, we still think some of the bugs are pretty funny :D)
A great game where your enlargement fantasies can come true especially when you have a job as a carpenter that makes old-style fashioned furniture that fit haunted mansions.
DieMansion is a wonderful game. It uses scaling feature to make things bigger in order to solve puzzles.
Puzzles are simple, yet entertaining and each level makes you crave more of it. Music is good, graphics are pretty and the ending is neat.
As you progress there are some fun mechanics like a breathtaking, buffed zombies that enlarge amount of melatonin in your body causing you to sleep forever.
There are few bugs like going into transcendent being and breaking outside the wall or our character vibrating when walking in horizontal plane (probably shivers of massive spook).
Definitely game worth playing, would even buy it if it was in more polished and expanded state.
Great job, I give it a score of
my enlarged sofa/put that crate on a pressure plate
Thank you very much, great comment ^^
that was fun, the security camera would make better sense as a sensor as it doesnt make sense to walk full view of a camera then place a block to block vision for the door to open, the characters, setting and theme where very charming,
We actually wanted to add a laser sensors but didn't make it in time. Thanks for playing, we are glad you had fun!
It is a great game. I want to play more of this.
Thanks you!
