How does your game fit the theme?
You can scale up your ship by getting more cargo containers, and you have to drive a pretty large distance to keep on truckin'.

I love the style; the gameplay was tough for me, though. Great jam submission!
Absolutely dripping with style, loved the look and feel of the game!
Very nice music and tone, and fun mechanics that reminded me of the seatruck from subnautica.
Levels could have probably done with borders at the edges, as I lost the level multiple times chasing cargo that flew off.
I would apprieciate a play & review of my game if you have the time.
Are you telling me 15 minutes of music was made for this game in 96 hours???? And it's really good??? Absolutely incredible. I listened to Critical Cargo during my time and it was great. Gameplay is pretty fun too, I like the personality of the instruction text. Turning acceleration seems a bit low imo, navigating was a bit tricky.
It is rough around the edges, but I think the core idea here is a real gem. Give me far more space junk and smooth out the navigation, lean into the spacing hauling fantasy, and boom you got yourself a fun game.
Oh and let me swing my ass around to grab junk with the trailers.
Is attaching the cargo containers broken?
Like, I press F and it puts a little blue thingy on both the ship and the container, but it doesn't connect.
Oh, it's insanely buggy. The idea is that you can connect the bottom of your attached cargo container to the next cargo container, but the popup doesn't show up properly. It should still connect as long as you're connected to the top of the cargo containers. I also managed to crash the game by connecting to the bottom of a cargo container, so there's that too :(
im recovering from covid and the space aids part made me laugh so hard i started coughing again 10/10
space aids threw me off LMAO but i quite enjoyed it fr
I really enjoyed the uncapped spinning speed… but it was fun. Played through a few levels, good job!
clunky in the best way possible
... Interesting story. Sounds like something from Rick and Morty. It's pretty hard to control the space ship but I guess that's to be expected.
Yeah, it's horribly unwieldy, especially when you have a few cargo containers attached
many points for the funny dialogue, specially knowing they type of games you make it is even funnier
the overall loop is solid but gets quite repetitive after a couple of goes, still kept me going because I was curious of what was coming next with the dialog, well played sir
