I love seeing games about networking that are similar to my entry as well! Great minds think alike after all. Nice work on this one, really like the fact that you render the messages.

Fun idea, not sure how white won in my play through but, I had white in check.

I was confused at first, I thought you were literally providing a 3D modeling tool or something, but no! It’s actually a pretty intriguing game!

Nice work! The graphics looked great. Couldn’t seem to get the hang of the controls and my camera peaced out but otherwise was fun!

I love the aesthetics, miss sound though. It wasn’t clear at first but got much more engaging once I caught on to what was going on! Would love to see more mechanics added.

This is a really neat concept. Took me longer than I’d like to admit to figure out I could zoom in and make precise cuts. I realize it told me to that but for some reason it didn’t click. The zoom effect was really well executed. Props!

I really like this idea. Not sure I fully grasped what was going on. In the first area it’s really easy to miss the last little computer that pops up and I was able to farm a hefty score. My only real complaint here is that when you get to see the larger regions and it wants you to zoom in (actually whenever a new set of nodes appears) you lose incredibly fast. The last playthrough I was doing pretty well but that fourth region spawned while I was maintaining a network and before I could even find the computers there the game was over.

Overall though, really creative! Had fun with it.

I was confused too, the shockwave ability seems to push enemies back allowing you to try and position them. But it’s really tough when you only get one chance to position them correctly before having to restart the entire level. Love the concept though, would like to see it taken further.

Music was one of the last bits I wanted to get in but I was running out of time. I regret not focusing on it sooner because the lack of any sounds at all really stood out to me.

I’ve added a not to the page description about removing nodes/edges since you’re the second person to bring that up. Something I should have made much easier (but you know, I used all the tools a bunch so they were familiar and I forgot what might not be obvious). You simply hit “Backspace” on your keyboard (or “Delete” if you’re on a macOS keyboard) after selecting a node or edge.

If only I could show you my board of what I wanted to implement, oh brother. Unfortunately I got bogged down with the core features that I didn’t get very many of the other pieces in place.

And I’m glad you called out the value thing, you’re totally right. I even struggled with identifying a point to picking other options. In the game as is, the benefit in the current implementation is that microservices can handle more users but none of the implemented challenges really have to factor that in.

Thankfully, I’ve learned some valuable lessons form it and the feedback so far that I think if I choose to continue this game I have some really great ideas for moving it forward and making alternative options for servers and infrastructure designs really matter.

Thanks for the feedback! Great stuff, appreciate you taking the time to play and provide it.

I forgot to explain that in game. You can select a node or edge by clicking on them. Nodes will have a blue outline and edges get a brighter color. After that hit backspace/delete.

The art and music were great, simple 2048 under the hood. Personally, the attacks make positioning (already a challenge in 2048) even harder – maybe (as another mentioned) more telegraphing could have alleviated it. I always felt like they targeted my big slime when there wasn’t anyway to really get it out of the way. But overall, really well done!

I really enjoyed the uncapped spinning speed… but it was fun. Played through a few levels, good job!

I really liked the concept here! Well done. I would love to see this concept expanded on.

Really interesting concept. Some of the puzzle clues were not obvious to me but I saw you provided hints! Overall well done, nice work!

Really neat concept! Extremely challenging. I got hit with gravity and my already poor ability to navigate keys tanked.

This looks like an interesting concept, it’s unfortunate you didn’t have to expand on during the jam but that doesn’t mean you can’t in the future!

Hey no worries! I really like the artwork though! Great work!

This is great feedback, I wanted to do that but had to try and balance getting some levels completed vs. a bunch of tutorials. In the end though I would have loved to a lot more with that.

Really liked the art style and the gameplay was interesting, it was tough though!

(1 edit)

I can’t seem to get it to work, stuck at Gregg’s first bubble on Level 1. Maybe I’m missing some controls or something in the browser?

The art looks great! Really well done. Gameplay was fun too. Some of those starts were challenging to get!

Impressive doing all these things solo, really well done. I got the diamond (but it wasn’t easy)!

Really like the art and the music was cute! Great work!

Love the concept, some of the levels were really challenging. It also wasn't clear what items could be moved but once I figured out that you could most most things in the level it was much more enjoyable!
