Your game is so much fun!  I love the building intensity,  and when I lose then I immediately want to play it again!

Developer

Thank you so much :)

These type of games have special minds behind them. I love such games. the art is also good.

Be sure to play and rate my game as well.

Scaling the window size is a really cool concept and a really good take on the theme.

This was a really cool concept.  I didn't find changing the window size to be too useful, but the "blackhole" which shrinks the screen is by far the coolest use of the mechanic. If you ever do this again, having the game change window sizes itself could lead to cool results. Great work!

Thanks for playing and for the feedback. Definitely a fair point, I didn't want to make any of the levels impossible without scaling the window but maybe I should have. There are some things like enemies that will be removed if put out of the frame and the enemies stop shooting lasers if they are off screen but definitely a fair criticism. I too am happiest with how the blackhole level turned out.

This is an awesome concept! I love anything with micro-games, so spinning that genre with shmups is something I haven't seen before! On top of that, the shrinking window plays with the theme in a really fun way. I love it!

Thank you :)

I liked the mini-games. When the window was shrink I thought I did something that bugged the game and then realized it was part of the game. It was fun trying to dodge the asteroids,

Neat concept with scaling the window size! I was able to make it like 5 or 6 sections in with just those controls and only during the second run did i realize i could use arrow keys to actually move the ship. It sure does pay to read things haha

Developer (1 edit)

That is hilarious. I never tested to see how far I could get without moving the ship. I considered making it so you couldn't start until you clicked the move keys, maybe something to add in a future update. Thanks for playing.

The different game modes were nice, and the window scaling works well, though I sometimes have trouble figuring out when to scale it.
