Was hurting my brain at first trying to understand how to play, but after reading some comments and figuring it out this was pretty chill and a cute concept.

The game seemed a bit cryptic to me; it was difficult to know what to do at first. But once I understood that you need to place the indicated pattern to bring the turtles together, I was able to play without any problems!
Really great game! A tutorial is needed, but I figured out how to play from the comments! My strategy was to go for all the squares with 4 different colored turtles first (because they don't need to be rotated) Also, I didn't realize at first that the bumps on the circles on the left were indicating the same thing that the colors of the circles were (which is super helpful for colorblind players like myself)
My head hurts! Good game but I think the real challenge was learning how the game works. After I discovered the rules I spammed my way through every option to save me having to use my brain cell. Cool concept, and I like the art and music.
Turtles are my favorite animal! Unfortunately I could not figure out what to do no matter what. I kept cycling through WASD and some different colored spheres would appear (which I am sure are important) but nothing would happen. I clicked / right clicked some of the turtles / the parts on the right and it wouldn't do anything. I really want to play this! Maybe you can add a how to play description to the game?
The objective of the game is to build bigger turtles by combining the smaller turtles. To do this, you have to match the colors of the circles (which are chosen on the right side of the UI) with the color arrangement of the 2x2 squares of turtles (left side of the UI).
For example, if in a turtle square all four turtles are of different colors, then you have to select the last arrangement (all four circles are of different colors) and then click on those four turtles, this will combine them into a purple turtle. If instead all four turtles have the same color, then you have to choose the first arrangement (all four circles have the same color) and then click on those four turtles, this will combine them into a red turtle.
This applies for all squares of turtles. Some arrangements have to be rotated to work though, which can be done with the A and D keys; with the middle and right mouse buttons; or by clicking on the buttons with rotating arrows on the screen.
This explanation is a bit wordy. Hope it helps!
Laughed out loud when I clicked "Zoom Out". It is truly turtles all the way up!
