Very solid platforming with good pacing and one of the better versions of wall jumping we've seen in a while! Had a few moments where we stuck to objects we perhaps weren't meant to but nothing we couldn't solve. The presentation was also excellent!

Really fun platformer. Satisfyingly tricky at times and it felt good to play/control and the little robot guy is really cute! You said it was both of your first times doing some things but you both did a really good job. Also I think it's really nice that you're a husband and wife team <3 Best of luck!
First thing that hit me was that amazing background music, and I am a sucker for those cute dialogue sounds! I had difficulty starting the game after the story text but once I was in the fluid movement and cute animations sucked me in instantly. I really love the concept! Scaling the walls was a challenge at first I expected it to actually slide up not the wall jump mechanic but it was fine once I got going (Thank you for restocking the rocket fuel!) Like others I experienced a few crashes but nothing too major. Overall I really loved the feel of the game, you should be proud of it :)
I really love the mechanics of the game and smooth playere movements! would really love if [WASD] controls were added. (had a few crashes tho...)
also try to make the camera show u where your going (when falling for ex) so the player can figure out where he is going
you should be proud of what you made!
Thanks so much for playing! This is really helpful feedback. I was debating adding WASD, probably should have. And the camera movement for falling would help a lot. Sorry you had crashes! The building and packaging process were totally new to me and I definitely should have done more testing with the builds.
Thanks again!
a fellow robot? built to scale? how could I pass it?
pretty well done platformer controls for a game that had extra gimmicks, people very often slack off on actually making movement feel good when there is other stuff involved.
I appreciate a lot how the “totally not spikes” are fitting with the aesthetics.
Thanks for playing and for the feedback!
I wanted to make the player feel as good as possible, so thanks for saying that! There are some things I want to fix, but I am pretty happy with were it ended up.
Also, I saw in your game credits that you use Neovim, as a fellow Neovim enjoyer, I would love to know how you use it with Godot!
