You definetly have me on style and creativity, I could not figure out the puzzle however (maybe I am stupid), but I also had some performance issues.

I am otherwise though very impressed, the music and the background sound effects fit perfectly, the mood is just right and everything just fits nicely together.

A really impressive entry! Well done!

Thanks! Yeah we were trying to fix the jank and bugs in the puzzle to the best of our ability right to the last minute but there are definitely things we plan on doing better when we finish this properly after the jam.

I'm mad... I'm mad because my sh*t computer couldn't run the game smoothly... Still when I saw the key and the door I got hooked by the game! So I played for nearly 40min... At ~2 fps... I read the whole book to find clues (I usualy never read books in games)... Unfortunately I couldn't do much because of my FPS (and I'm stupid :D)

The atmosphere makes me think of Myst or Riven. You should defenitely make a full game based on this!

It's really awesome work! Maybe the best game I played in this jam! well done!

Oh no, terribly sorry! Optimization was definitely something that got left a little too late haha. We are currently planning to polish this up and finish what we weren't able to, possibly even expand it some more, so stay tuned!

No worries, I was not mad at you but at my computer :D

I know that for a game jam you can't spend much time on optimisation.

I still think that you could make your idea a big thing!

A very short and fun game, really liked the art! The only thing that was off was that there was no indication where the objects were and once the rope was hooked in the key it was really difficult for the player to move. Keep making games!

Thank you! We originally intended you to find the journal pages environmental storytelling-style but ran out of time to place them, they would have given you more hints about where things were.
