Nice! Maybe the camera is a bit too close to the character, a more distant view would have made it easier to move around confidently.

That said, I love games where the player gets to be a bit of a level designer, great job!

I do have one suggestion if you decide to continue developing the game: after a game over, start the new attempt with all the objects already positioned as they were in the previous attempt, and allow the player to sell or move them. This way, they don’t have to redo everything from scratch but can just adjust what didn’t work

Loved the music and think this is a wonderful idea! I think it can use some quality of life changes like less janky physics and not resetting the level every time but besides that it's very fun and cute!

As someone who has played way to much celeste for their own good, I just miss wave dashing. I found it a little annoying when the level completely restarts when you die as I found myself just repeating the same stuff over and over. I also found it slightly annoying that the celeste assets were mixed in with the non celeste assets as you can clearly tell the difference. The climbing in the game didn't give a lot of feedback which made me for the most part avoid it. Sorry if there are a lot of negatives, it just because celeste is one of my favourite games! You did great with the game!

no problem, thanks for this constructive feedback and ngl i mix celeste and non celeste asset just because i'm not an artist and dont get the time to make any asset by my self, and yeah dying is kinda annoying maybe i should put a save of build.

I really like the game, contrats ! I guess you could upgrade it and with more time do it a real game. The game is a bit difficult, but i think it's a good thing,  because it being boring if it's to easy. Also, i think associeting scaling and mountain climbing were a good idea, good job on this !

Music is geniunely amazing and this is coming from a musician, you should definitely upload it somewhere. SFX is also great. The game is difficult but it feels responsive in most areas except for climb jumping. The ability to plant these platform while playing the game would make it a lot better in my opinion. Visuals could be better but they do their job well.

I liked the interpretation of scaling a mountain. Congrats on a working game! Definitely like the celeste vibes. Hard to play though. Mechanics are a bit clunky.
