hello, need some clarification on the license. May I edit the sprite and use it in my game?

hey, is it possible to split the sprite into layers where the weapon and body are in one layer and the legs in another? its useful for things like running attacks

wow i can see this becoming a full game. a little polish here and there would be nice but this is a solid foundation!
