Switching between various controls had some unintuitive progression for me. There were a lot of cases where I ended up with one half connected, but not the other, and I would accidentally connect the wrong command as I was trying to correct the error. Maybe a click and drag system would be easier to conceptualize, where the red/blue would be directly connected to the command. Then it's a single click-drag-release from either direction to connect one to the other. Maybe to combat the delay of the drag in disconnecting, you go with connecting and enabling as separate things. So you connect the wires, then you can switch the power node on/off? Dunno, just throwing out some ideas.

I think this concept is so cool, but I could never really get it to work all the way. The size of the map made it so that there were only one or two configurations where certain things could be built, since it didn't seem like the buildings were able to pull from the stored resources. I was able to get some soldiers to defend for a while, though! Overall cool concept!
If you're up for trying again, the key to the lower time is to continue eating flies while you're large. Doing that, you can chain the power-up all the way to the end with a bit of luck. Glad you liked the game! Definitely have some work to do on the fly spawning though. I've been stuck like that myself a few times and it sucks :P
I like all those ideas. Glad you liked the mechanic :) I think the timer for how long you're large would be a really nice addition, and I'm working on adding it as part of some tweaks. Also, I agree with the enemies. There's really only two places with a pit that the player can fall into, but some enemies would be cool. I'm working on putting a bee into it as a boss at the end.
