How does your game fit the theme?
In my game you can roll, and every time you roll the dice that determines your gun changes, and also you get a power up every two dices

This is the best game in the jam that I've played so far. its so addicting and fun. the presentation is perfect and the music is wonderful. honestly, if this game had a bit more polish, some more levels, and controller support I would buy this. Great job. The only complaint I have is that it is hard to tell when an enemy or the player is damaged. a simple red flash/red coloring on either would fix this though.
Thanks a lot for the feedback, i was thinking of making a full version, but i have to talk it with the team
Crazy fun. The guns are nice, the roll is satisfying, and the bullet hell aspect is nice too. Overall, great game. (The pixel art could be better, but the music's greatness made up for that. Also, who could be mad at noir aesthetics? Not me!)
Thank youuuuuu :D
I really like this game! It's fun the mechanic works really well, the art and music are super good, and the idea is just done in a really good way! Good Job!
Thanks!
Fun game, and I really liked the art in this game! I like how there's 3 difficulties to choose from as well so everyone can enjoy the game.
Would love if you can check out my game too. Thanks!
Woah, this game fits the thetheme really well, loved the artsyle and concept. Great work overall :))
Thank you!

Thanks a lot for making a video of our game, it made me really happy
Great idea, fits the theme nicely! Very stylish graphics and good variety and depth for a short arcade romp. Well done!
Thanks a lot!
Plus: Love the concept of tying offensive and defensive together with a roll. Love the mirror boss. Must take a lot of work.
Minus: Enemy bullets are a tad too fast to normally dodge and there's not really an incentive for the player to stop spamming rolls to roll a health restore. Also the levels are too easy! We need more minions to kill!
Great concept. Solid.
Thank you for the feedback, actually i was thinking on spawning more minions on the levels, but i thought i would made it too hard. (Sorry for my English)
Felt really good to play! Music, art and style went together quite nicely. The roll did feel a bit overpowered, even through the randomness you could keep rolling and heal up like nothing happened. Still a nice take on the theme!
Thanks!!
Rolling serves so many purposes in your game (evading, reloading, randomizing damage, healing, power ups), and they all blend together quite nicely.
Thank you ! :D
hey, another detective dice!
Dice Detective Bros
I really liked the art in this! The overall, dark tone was pretty nice.
Thanks!
All guns feel amazing.
thank you!
A very unique idea! I love how you combined the roll of the dice with the movement of the character. When I realized how that worked, it completely changed my way of playing and it was very enjoyable trying to manipulate the dice as I wanted!
thanks! I actually already wanted to make a game with rolling, so the theme went perfectly with what i wanted
Really cool game! It took a while to realise how important the rolling was (though you did point that out in the instructions!), and once I started using it more, the game got a lot more fun. The power-up coming based on the dice you get when you roll is a really smart mechanic, because it encourages the gameplay you want -- having them roll and swap weapons constantly. Very cool.
I'll mention though that you probably want the next wave delay to end (or at least shorten) once all the enemies in the current wave is done, otherwise the player is just standing around, waiting for the enemies to appear. (Also, the grey on grey was a bit hard to see; some more contrast between the player and the background would have been nice, though the enemies were all very visible!)
thanks a lot for the feedback!
Love the concept of your weapon being randomized when you roll! Novel use of the phrase roll of the dice!
thanks!
Good game with a nice music. But the waves are slow at the start. Good work !
yes, the waves are a little slow, but i thought if the waves were faster it would be really hard for the first time playing the game
Combat was fun and it felt smooth! Waves felt a little slow at the start but it was still challenging.
thanks youuu
