Nice idea, just needs some more user feedback when you hit an enemy.
Thanks for the feedback!
You should add something to indicate when we can heal !
That was on the list for UI stuff as well as something to better indicate your spell, but we ran out of time! Thank you for your review!
Very good looking, I like the artstyle and the way the levels are spawned.
The combats feel a bit dull though, more variations and polish could have been nice.
Still very impressing for a 48h jam :)
Thanks! More variations of enemies, bosses, and rooms are on our list to improve after the jam ends. As it is we barely managed to get what we have actually working properly lol.
Nice job. I found the shooting to be a little finicky, but it worked well enough. The art and music were good!
Thanks! The shooting is definitely odd because we were having issues with converting the mouse position to the almost isometric view that we used. Improving the shooting is on our list to improve after the jam.
Really liked the way y'all are dynamically generating your levels with the drop-in rooms. Has a nice feel to it!
Thanks! We thought it would be a nice addition to the game so we went for it!
I like the art style used, i was stuck at the first level also, but i managed to get out :) I would have liked a bit more of an idea as to what the dice did, they rolled, and stayed on screen, and i didnt know what to do with them / what they do.
overall though, good work!
We appreciate the feedback! We didn't explain it well, but what the die rolled at the begining determines the spell you will cast. All of the mechanics are there, but we lost a lot of time so the gameplay lacks haha.
Cool music :O
Thank you!
Wasn't sure how to actually start the game. I seemed to be stuck in an empty room. Is there a button to press?
You just walk up to the door to leave the first room. The shadows built weird in WebGL so doors on the right wall can sometimes be hard to see.
