I liked the idea and enjoyed the gameplay.I just had a problem first to understand the game, but was really nice. Cool Game !
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I think it definitely needs some work as far as a better tutorial or giving the player a better understanding of what is happening.
Loved the game, didn't catch the idea at first... I believe the instructions on moving from house to house could be improved. Anyhow, loved it.
Thanks for the feedback! There are definitely some things I would do again if I could, mostly around the player understanding what was going on. I'm glad you enjoyed it in the end.
Won in 13 turns! You kinda feel overpowered, the clerics never came and discovered anything, and it was a breeze to cheat them. Maybe make it a bit more challenging? Other than that, cool idea!
Thanks for the feedback! I had it way too hard when I was testing so I may have toned it down a bit too much.
Really enjoyed it! Maybe expand on the combat and add more levels and I would pay real money for this!
Wow, thanks for the comment!
Hilarious concept, and a really unique application of turn-based mechanics. The minimalist retro presentation really works well also. I think there were some random events that occurred that I might not have fully understood, but most of the controls and gameplay were pretty intuitive. You have a great framework for a unique RPG if you plan to flesh it out more. Great job!
There are definitely some things going on that weren't super clear what they meant when I played it back. The clerics searching for devotion mechanic wasn't explained well for example. Anyway thanks for playing!
The gameplay look was nice, cool concept. The music did get a bit repetitive, but overall nice game!
Thanks for playing! I agree about the music, my goal for the next jam is to spend a bit more time or sound design.
i can't get it to work :(
the screenshots look really cool though
Sorry to hear that, it should work in your browser.
