I was totally charmed by this game.  I have a cold right now and no brain power.  It was delightful just to kick back and watch the shop.  I felt a thrill every time the shop upgraded.  I even started judging the girls who didn't buy anything but totally forgave anyone who bought a whole cake!  Great game :)

Cute customer characters!

a few bugs:

screen size doesn’t fit the game

you cant upgrade twice after a day

the dice price becomes $0 after a while

Very neat concept, but execution wasn't great.

Waiting 30 seconds each time without an option to skip the day wasn't fun, especially when the same jingle loops every 8 seconds, it got very old very quickly.

At least once the new music was acquired with the store upgrade it got a bit more bearable, especially since at that moment, more customers would run around the store, and it would feel nice seeing the progress made.

This concept has potential for a very neat game with better execution and polish.

Great job on your game!

Game was supprisingly very fun and I did manage to earn 100$ in a day and complete the game. However it sometimes took a bit to long for thr customers to buy something.

Very cool take on the theme. Nice to see a game that plays very different then most others.

Presentation was okay. I really respect self made art & music during game jams but the music didn't really fit in my opinion.

I loved this game.It was fun.Good job!

by the way could you play and rate my game?

I wished to play but I couldn't pass the first screen, game didn't accept any of my mouse or keyboard input.

Oh no! That's so weird :( Would you mind letting me know what you were playing it on? What browser or download? :)

The game was pretty fun in general. One thing to change might be to have a greater variety of customers because the same customers came every day in the same order.

Thank you! :)

I had fun! I liked the upgrade system and the use of dice placement. However, the strict requirements on what die is needed for what category kind of limit what you can actually do with a given "day". Some rolls are just a heck of a lot more useful than others. I had to throw out a lot of 5s and 3s.

A dice placement game works best when you have a lot of competing priorities so there's competition for a given roll. I would have liked to see a mechanic for rerolling or modifying rolls (perhaps combining 2 dice into 1 roll, or discarding 2 dice to get a new roll, etc.)

I also would've liked a way to fast-forward the days. There's a lot of downtime while customers mill about the store.

Finally (and I'm a little loathe to say this) but there needs to be some kind of problem nipping at my heels, like rent or ingredient purchasing. Without something to drain my funds, a good day isn't very distinguishable from a bad one.

Still, all that said, it was very enjoyable. You've got a strong foundation here for a more fleshed-out game.

Thank you for all the feedback! :)

Alrighty lot to unpack here

Game was pretty enjoyable, got to $100 and was enjoying seeing the building fill up with more and more customers.

But oh my goodness I cannot explain the relief that came from unlocking the record player. I felt like I was going insane as the same 8 second loop played over and over and over. Which might be intentional as working a shop without music is enough to drive anyone mad. So uh, I suppose good work.

But yeah was pretty enjoyable (excluding that 8 second loop)

Thank you very much! :) Sorry for the temporary insanity. :P
