How does your game fit the theme?
FuneROLL fits the theme of the game jam, because you play as dice, hunting other dice, and you drop smaller non-living dice when you jump that impact the gameplay based on their rolls!

I like the idea. It's a very neat concept.

You can beat the system by landing on your die forever and farm points.

But it's a cool game, with some extra-level design and more mechanics would be a really interesting game.

Pretty neat concept, I like the art!

I found this game really enjoyable. Something was just oddly addictive about destroying the little dice, but I couldnt see the upper part of the game(might have been an issue with my browser). Overall nice concept and art though I was not entirely sure how the health and police spawn worked. Seems like an amazing project

I loved the visuals but I can't really understand the purpose.

Very unique concept: jump -> roll dice --> spawn enemy! With a bit of level design and a game expansion this could be a very good title!

At first I couldn't move, but a browser refresh fixed this problem. I was initially very confused as to when my victims spawn. Until I realized every time I touch the ground. It was then very easy for me to kill all the victims and then only let one cluster spawn at a time. The police never came. Speaking of the police, even though I have three lives, it felt like the police would kill me in one hit. I-frames would have been nice here. Also, I didn't find a way to get rid of the police once they spawned. Still i had fun with this game.

Very original. I was a bit confused at first because I tried to jump onto the victims to kill them; but you just need to run into them.

Such a unique idea, I love how cohesive the aesthetic was. It was fun seeing how quickly the game could get so chaotic as well. Would love to see this game expanded further to see how far the concept could go. Overall a really great submission!

Thank you so much! I'm definitely going to be expanding on the concept further once the rating period is over :) Think, long levels, worlds, powerups, etc.

Cool idea, nice execution, it's fun to play but avoiding the cops is very hard so I never really survived for very long.

Developer(+1)

Yeah haha! The cops were always kind of meant to end the game, but the catch is, there were supposed to be actual platforming levels. So there was a reason to have to jump, and if you played well, you could get through the level without alerting the cops in the first place. As it is now, it's more of an arcade high score kind of scenario, so you inevitably end up jumping a bunch and summoning the cops for little reason, ending the game.

A little confusing but I ended up understanding the mechanic, neat idea!

Thank you!
