Fun, cute overcooked-like game! Great graphics and nice sound effects (I especially love the knife) I also love the interpretation of the theme. The game is relatively easy to pick up, but if it there was more time to build I would love to have seen a tutorial within the game that builds the game up a little bit more.

All in all though, great job!

Thanks so much! I agree, the game is totally missing a proper in-game tutorial. Tried my hardest to guide the player without one, but it's a concept that isn't the most intuitive to grasp without an explanation. If I do a post-jam update, that's on the list for sure!

Very cool, cute game. Love the title text! Sadly I couldn’t quite figure out how to make a burrito :(

Hey sorry. It's a bit confusing and I tried to make the interactive action prompts above the head when you spawn direct the player to picking up a plate and placing it up a placemat before you get the ingredients. I wanted to do a 1 item inventory system. You can't place an item until you put it on a plate. So, if you have a food item but no plates are out you have to discard that item (in the trash) and pick up a plate and place it on one of the preparation spots. After the plate is there, you can bring burrito ingredients to it and then fold it when it's completed. I guess it turned out slightly less intuitive than I expected, sorry!

The art is pretty nice! And the game is very easy to understand

Thank you so much!

Cool game! I liked the artstyle, it's very cute! Although I had trouble figuring out how to actually make a dish... I tried picking up the ingredients but didn't know how to combine them. Nonetheless, cool stuff!

Hey, sorry about that. You need to pick up a plate from the plate stack by pressing E and bring it to one of the preparation mats at the front of the kitchen. From there you can place items on those. The game also features a 1-item inventory mechanic so if you pick up an item before putting a plate out, you'll need to discard the item (in the trash) to be able to hold the plate. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the game regardless.

Great interpretation of the theme! The art/music were nice and the gameplay was good, however the tomato found it's way into the kitchen and blocked me into a corner for half the game. Though the rest was a really fun game!

The tomato has a mind of its own, sorry about that! However, I'm really glad you liked the rest of it haha!

Great art, very nice concept. A clever way to interpret "Dice", for sure.
