The presentation of this game is on an insane level of ability. The story, art style, the music, the writing... its all just perfect. It really makes it stand out in the sea of roll the dice on the number type games we've seen in this jam. Also, I'd say the level design is better than most too! Thanks and well done!
Fun
That intro is insane! The preview of the next dice value is also a nice touch
Amazing art work and presentation - having a preview of how the dice would roll was especially clever for keeping it intuitive.
Had fun rolling my way to the end :D
Your art and music are truly phenomenal. Everything about this is clean -- from how you present dice information to moving around the board. The starter cinematic is stylish and clean. This is a solid take on the "Dice Pusher" game style.
My only, very small, bit of critique is putting the undo button on the shift key.
Very stylish game. Well done.
A well presented game. I love the change of scene transitions and the clean user interface. I enjoyed playing through the whole thing. Great job!
Really fun, satisfying puzzles. Everything worked well together too (music, art, theme). I never expected to see such a cool intro that sets up the character and story in a 48 hour game jam - hats off!
Great game! I love how you show what side you gonna roll next.
I love the intro art, the story, and the matching soundtrack!
HARD I can only do 2 levels , art is so cool loved it
the sokoban thing was a nice take on the die face puzzler.
Story art is really good, the transition screen is quite nice too.
I like that you thought about how to visualise on what side will die be when you roll it, nice touch. (tbh it doesn't really help, but oh well)
The only mechanics in the game is rolling the dice, which of course fits the theme, but there's not that much you can do with only that, but you definitely tried.
Character movement is way too slow, it takes more time waiting for the character to get to where you need them to be rather than actually solving puzzles.
If you push the die and then immediatelly press shift it will bug out and will show incorrect side, you can cheeze some puzzles this way.
Not a bad game at all.
Thank you! Yeah, I suspected there were some game feel issues, but so it goes in a 48 hour jam.
And uhhh… let’s say that I left that in for speedrunners :p
a good amount of fun, and I actually was compelled to complete every level. puzzles are fun to solve, although they tend to either be doing the only available option or doing random stuff until things work out. very polished with great art/music/game feel.
Thank you! And haha, yeah, doing puzzle design when underslept at 3 in the morning is like that :p
this game was a lot of fun it
its got consistency and personality
I've played similar games before,
but this was a lot more fun with its art
style, story, and puzzles, the music was
awesome too
