Great atmosphere. Looks beautiful. But with just one chance to move, and then uncertain of whether up or down, I always end up outmaneuvered...

I really liked all of these steampunk bugs.

Love the art, always a fan of good pixel art, and a cool combo of familiar mechanics into a unique and creative core loop

Thanks for the feedback ! Glad you had a good time ! :)

Very cool concept. Love the pixel art.

It can be a bit frustrating if you don't roll what you need, but as it's a short game, it's not a problem.

Amazing job!

Thanks for playing ! Yeah a mechanic to mitigate RNG (reroll with a cost) would have been great to implement !

Cool game. I found the mechanics a bit hard to figure out at first but it clicked after a couple of tries. Also I often found myself trying to roll for movement actions but wasn't able to get enough.

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks, yeah I would have liked to have the time to implement a step by step tutorial ! Yes the movement is quite fundamental to a run, a reroll mechanic (with a cost) would have been good to mitigate these kind of frustrations.

Thanks for playing ☺️

This is just my type of game, very cool. The music was dark, spooky and chill. Well done! Rated!

Really nice game! Once you understood, it becomes really fun to optimise your moves and crush the enemies.  I wish the game was a bit faster on the animations.

There is some potential here, congrats!

Developer

Thanks for playing, I'm glad you had a good time !

Animations triggers and delays were a bit rushed and arbitrary due to a lack of experience of the team with the unity animator ^^

I like this pixel art style. I was confused on how to play at the start too, but well done.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback !
Yeah the game mechanics are a bit hard to understand, but once you get it the fun begin haha.  Glad you enjoy it.

GG guys, best game, music and art is incredibe, the mecanics are so good and easy to get, takes a few min to get the hang of it but once it's understood it's easy to master the mecanics. Animations are great, and I love the idea to mix the randomness of the dices with some strategy

Developer

Aww thank you for this feedback Flaflou ! I'm glad you enjoy it even tho, i agree, it's not quite easy to understand at first.

Kudos to our two artists for arts and musics, they're awesome ^_^

Cool game!  I was confused on how to play at the start but figured it out eventually. Pretty hard but gives me Into the Breach vibes.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing ! Yeah gameplay is not always intuitive at first glance I agree, I'm glad you figured it out. I see what you are seeing with Into the breach, except you play the swarm here ^^ !
