Can't stress enough how cool this game felt to play. Really enjoyed the art and lighting. Gameplay was badass and design was great.
This has so much potential and I would 100% play a post jam version.
Great job to anyone involved.
Thank you for the kind feedback!

Great aesthetic for this game! The sound and music were great, too.
This is one of the best visual presentations of using dice attacks that I've played yet, amplified by the juicy SFX when the dice hit things.
I wish there was more to do beyond just buying the set of dice you intend to use, though. I didn't really have anything to spend gold on once I had enough to buy the D20. It would also have been nice to get a chance to shop mid-game instead of having to wait for game restart.
Overall, good job!
Thank you for the detailed feedback! I agree, I should have added the shop in between floors so you could try your new dice without restarting. There were plans to have a bit more stuff you could spend gold on like stat boosts and powerups but the scope was too large so they got cut. If I ever turn this into a full game I will definitely keep these things in mind. Thanks!
Simple but impressive jam game... I think the screen shakes too much, but other than that, I don't have much feedback. Nice work!
Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I think the screen shake is the number one annoyance for most people. Will definitely tone it done in future games.
How do I know how many HP enemies have?
There is no way to tell.
It looks like you are using the same assets as this game : https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-jam-2022/rate/1623604
Is the art really done by your team ?
Yes, the monster and the characters are from these asset packs https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/2d/characters/hero-knight-2-https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/2d/characters/monsters-creatures-fantasy-1... the rest of the art save two icons is done by me. I wasn't sure whether to put the majority or not because not 100% is done by me but I figured because I created most of it to put yes.
Ok then, fair enough ^^
I guess that the options "not made by me" or "we made most of the stuff" are too restrictive in cases like yours
I like the idea of a DnD character using dices to fight! For a jam you made a simple but efficient game! Would love to see more animations and maybe different effects than just a throwing attack. Great job tho!
Thanks for playing! Originally the scope was a bit bigger with power-ups and stat boosts and all that but I just ran out of time.
The art was very nice, and when you got high numbers, the effects were satisfying. I think the screen shake was too much though. Overall, good job!
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, the screen shake might be a bit much lol. It scales with the amount of damage you do so when you are hitting like 12-20 it kinda goes crazy.
Nice game dude! The art, particle effects, and post-processing effects really tie the whole thing together nicely. The sound design is also really good and immersive. Aside from the relatively easy enemies (it was a 48 hour jam I don't blame you it's still hella impressive) the only thing that bothered me was that the camera tends to misbehave a bit when you get higher up on the map. As in, the camera doesn't pan down to show what's below you so you kind of have to make a leap of faith sometimes. Similarly, there seems to be a platform that the player is too tall to walk under (not sure if that's intentional but it does kind of look like something you should be able to walk under). Other than that, it's a really solid game!
Thank you for the feedback! Yeah, the camera was something that I left to the last minute and then forgot about lol.
Really nice game Love everything from graphics to features to presentation. Amazing Job!
Thanks for playing!
Really awesome game! I love the idea of throwing different sided dice at enemies and the graphics and audio create an amazing atmosphere. My only complaint is that the combat is a little easy, even with weak dice. But even still, exploring the dungeon is really fun!
Thanks for the feedback!
