The game was quite fun, the different mechanics were introduced in a clever way, but the movement felt kinda slow. Other than that great game!
This was lovely!! My computer threw a driver error, but still played just fine. I was absolutely charmed by all of it: the art, the puzzles, the presentation, and though I can't place it, a huge ping of nostalgia! I do think the only thing missing from this game was a soundtrack and maybe even some sfx. If you continue work on this game, I'd love to make the music for you! :)
Thanks. While I initially didn't think the underlying mechanic (using dice values to act as a puzzle trigger) can be stretched for a full game, the comments made me reconsider.
Also, I guess the driver pop-up is just Unreal Engine prompting you to update your drivers.
I finished this! Very satisfying puzzles and very cute art. I did get stuck every time I tried to push a die into a wall but other than that it was really fun <3
Puzzles look very creative, if a bit to hard for me! Artstyle was a great choice as well.
One thing I wish was in the game is some indication for the values on the sides of the die you don't see (espesially since you only see 2 of them at a time and not 3).
Thanks. I was trying very hard to make at least 3 sides be visible at once, but at that angle you'd lose the sense of which direction is "up" and which one is "right".
Not the most original idea but I liked the thing with dropping the die into the water to respawn it, gave me a bit of an a-ha moment. The movement was a bit slow but that's a minor nitpick. Some puzzles felt a bit repetitive but there were enjoyable ones too.
Great graphics though. I wish there were some sounds and music to complement it.
Thanks. Funnily enough, a friend of mine I gave this game to, called this exact moment (dropping the dice off the edge) a terrible idea.
Very clever game and level design right here! It starts like a normal dice puzzle game but I loved the moment when you realized you have to take the die with you when crossing the bridge :) Art is very nice (great water effect btw), if only there was music! Solid jam entry :)
My favorite take on the dice puzzle so far! Reminds me of the boulder puzzles in the pokemon games. Great job!
interesting, polished, but a bit too hard for my smooth brain :(
