Fun game! I like the mix of strategy and randomness, especially how the game requires you to adjust your plans on the fly if you get a roll you don't like.
Also, on the last level the spinning trip wire thing is half bellow the floor.
Great job!
Secret little background fact: The turret thing is under the floor in *every* level, it's just placed near the front in the last one so you can 'see' it. It's very hacky because I wanted it shorter.

I like the DnD reference you did there. I think the concept is pretty cool that you went with a sneaky espionage game and steps are random. I'd love to see more of what you do with this one. :)
Thank you! Really wish I'd come up with the idea on Friday instead, so I'd had time to do more with it. but I think if I get the time in the future, I might take it a few more steps along. I think there's a lot at the 'core' I could do with this, hopefully.
I think there is a ton more that can be done with your concept and can't wait to see more if you refine it in the future. >W<
This was super cool! Given what you said about your time constraints you really nailed the tone and mood! One thing is that if you are spamming a direction some of the movement value is missing.

There's also a thing where you can lose steps by walking into a wall. Couple of bugs I couldn't get around to fixing, tbh.
you can sometimes waste part of your roll by spamming after it's rolled

Nice game and great visual style! The difficulty did really spike up randomly at the (I asume last because of the trophy) level though.
