Nicely done, although I think the game could've used some more polish. The controls feel pretty finnicky at times and the terminal is a fun idea, but doesn't feel as connected with the gameworld as I would've liked to see. Still, it's a fun little game jam game. Good job!

Wow, nice style! Music is cool and concept is too.

Some feedback: sometimes when putting a command like door1.open() the terminal would crash and I had to restart the game.

Developer

thanks for your feedback

Fun little game! I'd recommend not having the hack terminal take up the whole screen as it makes it tough to deal with the robots as they can walk out of range when you run the command.

The game has potential. The music and art fits the idea. The camera movement is not so good, esp. if you falling down. Good game!

Good job on this. Really liked the concept. Graphics and music fit well. The main issue I had was the camera movement that seemed a bit weird at times. Other than that though, it was a good game.

Developer

thanks a lot for playing it

Great concept and love the art & music!
For me the text in console went off map so I didn't see what am I writing and/or what to write :/
I agree with the camera that Michael mentioned. This could be a really cool game once you tweak it a little bit! Looking forward 🙌

Very interesting concept. I haven't seen game where you write commands to hack some stuff for pretty long time. I enjoyed it.

Developer

Much appreciated.

I think the concept for this game was super interesting. I really liked the pixel art, the animations for the character felt very fluid and nice. The camera movement felt a little erratic and made it difficult to keep track of the player on the screen, but great work overall for the jam!

While the concept is very fun and original, I do wish there was a bit more in the way of streamlining in directing the player and the primary coding mechanic (perhaps autofill 'code' of some kind?). Great work for a jam!
