Very unique concept, I liked this take on adding random elements to a twin-stick shooter. I really enjoyed the strategic aspect that the timers and tick counters added to the game.

I did not quite get what stats the numbers on the enemies affect.

I really liked the mechanic and it was a lot of fun to play! I had a lot of fun making my bird go really fast. I think the game could look a little more polished, and to add on to the mechanic of the game I think it would be nice to have some sort of display so the player would have more feedback on how their stats were changing. Really good job, and one of my favorite mechanics I've seen this jam so far!

(I also really liked the title)

Very fun to play, with a lot of potential yet to be developed. Loved how the statistics are set by the player. I know that it's all about surviving, and reaching high scores, but it also makes the game kind of customizable for player gaming skills. Hope you will add some more enemies. Great job!

I like the implementation of the score mechanic for killing enemies. Makes it harder by having to choose whether to kill them for score, or for survival! Game would be a lot more enjoyable by giving it some "juice". Adding more particles, sounds, animations etc.

Very unique mechanic with the killing the right enemies at the right time! Would be great to extend the game with more stats, enemies and weapons!

its basic but not bad, entertaining and simple enough to understand without a tutorial

Nice idea with the randomly increasing specs. The gameplay itself is missing a bit of variation.

Creative concept!  I like how you have the trade off between whether to immediately kill enemies to clear them from the stage or bide your time to get the best modifiers.  Also the main character being a bird doesn't hurt. ;)

The title drew me in and the gameplay certainly delivered! Nice atmosphere and game feel :) Cheers

Great job! Using the numbers on the enemies is super clever and adds a neat layer to gameplay.

One of the more creative games I've seen during the jam. I would like to see this expanded upon. I love the character sprites, they're fantastic. The main mechanic was also pretty fun to play with. It would be nice to see at a glance what health the enemy has so you can time your shots a bit better, though, and the hitbox felt a bit weird. But this is something that I would love killing time with for a weekend.
