I like your concept of randomly generated resources, but I got unlucky and rolled terribly for food a bunch of times in a row so I went down to 1 worker and wasn't ever able to really recover from that. Also possible that I'm just not playing this correctly/well. It also looks like some of my site upgrades went back a d6 after a while, not sure if that's a bug or there's some kind of maintenance cost to keep the upgrades.
Tutorialization is definitely something we would improve in a "next version," as well as game balance. The sites have a Maintenance cost (which we missed adding info for) and if you fail to be able to pay the maintenance, upgraded sites automatically downgrade. Admittedly, not a great experience when you don't know it's happening or why!

Cool game in concept! One of the first I've played with any instructions. And nice presentation.
Feedback:
- No win or lose state. At 100 skulls nothing happens, got mine up to like 400 and nothing changed. Also cannot win. Mars doesn't work, and could only get to 4/5 green industries even with max upgrades.
- Confusing upgrades. What does it take to upgrade each industry? What do the upgrades do besides make them greener? Any better luck with rolls or no? Why do the upgrades slowly deplete?
- Became suuuuper tedious to move each worker every move. Should have an easier way to choose how many workers should be in each industry each turn.

Most of the issues are ones we are aware of and just didn't have time to fix. Time management is a lifelong journey, haha.
For moving the meeples in multiples, do you think a bulk-select option would have helped, like hold Shift while clicking or something?
