Amazing retro game, I like it. Would be even more interesting to see in the future more kinds of music :)

5/5

Really good game, comes with a retro game feel in a good way feels like Tron what I played in elementary school though isn't a similar gameplay, but same a nostalgic feel comes when I play this.

This game looks great and the car actually doesn't feel too bad to control. I love the retrowave aesthetic as well. One question, how did you make the track? Is it procedurally generated?

One thing I'll say is that the bumps on the road with how jerky they were gave me very slight motion sickness but it wasn't too bad just very slight.

The track is "procedurally" generated. The track modules were made in Blender and the track is built from those pieces so it is not really truly procedural but still it is random and different every time and most importantly the track is infinite :) Behind the scenes there is a track-manager using simple rules to choose different pieces to continue the track.  For example the rotator pieces can't spawn right away and after right turn the track can't turn right again.

A 400 mb jam game? Wow, that's like Ridge Racer on drugs. Nice art style and music. I feel like that safest way is to hold break all the time, otherwise it's really challenging to navigate. Great title overall

Don't brake all the time tough as they will brake ;P

i love the graphics, very high quality.

There's some stuttering, and the road sometimes has some bumps in it where the sections connect.

I would recommend utilizing godot's ui focus to allow for the menus to be used with a controller. This is especially important if a controller is the preferred input method. Right now, i need to take my hands off the controller to use the menus. (if you want an example of this in practice, take a look at my game)

Very engulfing. Pushes us to keep playing and break the previous record.

Played this with 4 snus in my mouth. The only thing missing from this game is "Tull"-checkpoints you can blast through.
