I found the way the story is told quite compelling, although we don't learn very much about it. But you tell it a very personal way, I like that. This is also the second game of the jam I played that has this kind of shape for persons. Good work with your animations on them, that makes for a very dynamic impression!
The game play is not particularly of my taste, might be due to the way the movement feels, can't really tell. If you add more content to this one, be sure to add in more variation to the game play and more puzzles.
Godot builtin physics (if it is a builtin one) is quirky. I got stuck inside a blue guy and couldn't get out of him with the key.
Also one can't jump when pressing against the wall.
It is actually a third game during this jam which has problems with walls (first two are Crystal Sky ii and Grow Up).
The style is nice though ^_^
Thanks for the comment! Yes I agree that the player movement is acting wierd. Fixing it would be one of our next primary goal. :)
I played it after the update and managed to jump up the stairs and the three doors.
The story is weird in a good way :) The controls for the dialogues are a bit unintuitive though

We just updated the part of the second map where you need to go up to be easier. We hope to alleviate the pain of the thankful players who want to reach the end. :)
I really wanted to play more, but the controls felt wonky. I got to the part where you climb up some stairs for a bit. I tried to make that jump across to other columns ~4 times and couldn't make it. I'm interested to see what other stuff you do, though.
Also, I found a neat bug where if you grab the person at the beginning, you can float up infinitely. That was actually pretty fun, too, lol.

If you feel hard to play that part. Jump first and use right or left with air at the first cliff in the second map. And you can find easter egg. That is a hint.

There is a field for it in the project settings, with id “display/window/size/fullscreen” or something. To change it in runtime, use
OS.full_screen = true
in gdscript to make it fullscreen and false to go back to windowed mode.cool..thank you

If you feel hard to play that part. Jump first and use right or left in air, at the first cliff in the second map. And you can find easter egg. That is a big hint. You can clear easily. 😭
No worries. It is only because of the controls. Sometimes you get a huge boost and speed and then you overshoot the small platform.
