I have already said this on the game page but I'll post it, here, just in case someone missed it:

It is a very lovely game in terms of non-graphical content! Also, the pixel art just makes it significantly better than a realistic game. The original music is very emotionally in tune with the story and I can only hope I found the right songs to replace what wasn't recorded. Thank you for making the game! As requested, here are the achievements I attained and I even accomplished the patience achievement off-record:

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!

Edit: Do do doo doooo :)

You're welcome. ☺️

Theme: You didn't really follow the theme, but you did pick the wildcard to ignore the theme. You could say the memories are missing.

Fun: Lots of fun! I loved getting to know the different characters and trying to figure out what I needed to do next. The difficulty level was just enough to not be immediately obvious, but not so hard I needed a walkthrough. I also very much appreciated that the game end guy told me when there was more for me to find.

Controls: For some reason, the walking felt a little like I was gliding rather than actually walking. But that's a pretty minor thing. Also, I don't understand why you asked for the mouse click at the beginning when the mouse is never used again. I really liked how you showed the movement controls at the beginning.

Graphics: Beautiful pixel art! I love it so much.

Audio: No comments here besides the fact that I liked it.

Accessibility: Controls were not mappable. Text is a bit small. No accessibility for lack of visuals. Other than that, good!

Originality: Definitely not the first narrative game I've seen before. But the (memory) mechanic was new to me.

Thanks for the detailed comment!

Mouse clicking is for the Web version, as you need to click on the game window after it loads, otherwise your input wont register.

But I had to remove web version, as the sound quality was terrible - something I've encountered on every game I have played this jam that had web export

Very nice job! This is one of my favourite games in the jam so far. I'd love to see more story/narrative focused games :)

I really enjoyed this! The art and writing were both very well done and I'm a sucker for this kind of atmosphere. I didn't take a screenshot of the end, but I think I got all of them except two right after the apple.

The writing. The art. The music. The design. I think i'm in love-

This is easily the best narrative/story type game I've played in a long while. It's touching, reminiscent, and sad at times, and I found it to be extremely captivating. It left me wanting to know more, about the girl's life, her past, and who she is. I don't even think it should be expanded to include it, as the mystery it leaves is perfect as an ending. Absolutely brilliant job. Amazing. 10/10.

Great game, beautiful graphics, works flawlessly in the current version under Linux. Keep up the good work.

Awesome game now that it's been updated. Really heart-warming/endearing. All aspects were so tight that the only thing I can suggest is fixing a few typos, but that would be petty.

Gonna sound funny maybe, but my favorite part was the people in the shop. Would love to know more about them. :D

Had the same problem as BackAt50Ft. Debug version opens though. But when I want to interact with an npc, the dialog opens, but it's empty and I'm stuck. Will try on a Windows pc later.

Sound and art is very charming for what I've seen yet!

Could you please share your log when using debug version?

Edit: I think I solved your issue, please try now. Thanks for the bug description. Looks like it was because I wasn't exporting *.json files (dialogue) for Mac builds.

It does work now. But I have to play it later tonight. Thanks for the fast reply/fixing!

I finally managed to play it now. Very relaxing experience and theo soundscape is great.

Also very cute pixel art and well written dialogs. Good job!

This crashes on Mac right away. :/

Hey, I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to test the Mac build.

I have uploaded debug verison of the project for all platforms, please check if that works.

Edit: Looks like it could be the issue with missing dialogue json. I have updated Mac version and debug version. Please let me know if it works now. Thanks for the help!
