The game was fun! It was a bit hard for me because I didn’t have a QWERTY keyboard, but it’s okay :) Fortunately, it was not the main controls.
I really like this adventure. Find the seven gems was a good idea!
Oh, also, moving boulders was unpredictable ^^’
Anyway, thank you for this moment!
Thanks for playing :)
I have planned for an option to change the controls but I didnt find time for that, that why there is an empty settings menu :)
I'll have it in mind next time and maybe put default skills somewhere in the center of the keyboard or maybe numbers.
Moving in and out of the cave is a bit funky. It takes some time but you don't get feedback so you feel it's not working. Then I kept pressing the up arrow and then I got out and then immediately went back in. But then I can't get out from where I entered so I had to go through the entire cave again (and the secret was still there!). I think at least if we could get out from the entrance that would help.
Thank for playing, there should be some kind of loading screen between maps, now there is a lag :<
As for the entrance not working as an exit, its a bug, you have to jump into the center of the entrance and it will move you back ;)
Fun experience! There are a lot of hitbox issues - the sword feels a little odd sometimes, it's not always clear when and how I can push boulders, that sort of thing. Also, it would be nice if after taking damage you gave the player a few frames of invincibility, just to give them a chance to save themselves if they get into a bad spot! A checkpoint/saving-loading system would also be very nice, but I understand why that wouldn't fit into the scope of a jam, haha!
Overall though, I had a lot of fun with this game. Great work!
The invincibility idea is a good one :) Didnt thought of that, instead i just move the player back.
Thanks for playing :)
Had fun, but kept having some bugs. I randomly died a few times. Moving boulders was also a bit unpredictable in which direction they would go. Good use of the themes and wild card!
Thanks :)
Yeah in retrospect I spent too much time working on the boulder moving mechanic and it still sucks :D, the gloves solve the problem, you can smash boulders with them.
Hi mikouaji, I also blocked myself from getting the yellow gem, trapping me in the room. There is a lot of room for additions and expansion though. I do like adventure games very much.
You have to jump exactly into the doorway, if you jump into the black tiles your position will be reset, also there is no need to do the caves in order :)
This game gave me nice feels when I fired it up. Unfortunately I blocked myself from getting the helmet and then got stuck in the second cave. Jumping did not save me!
Looking forward to seeing this after a bit more polish.

The game is good fun! Nice job. I only always keep getting stuck in the second cave and can't get out of it anymore whatever I do. But I had a good time playing it!
Thanks :) Yeah there is a bug with the entrances, you have to jump into them, something went wrong at the end and some collisions dont work as intended and I didnt have time to find why it happens :(
Ah gotcha! Thanks for that, I'll give it another go :)
A very good game. My mind goes back to Zelda one on the NES when playing it.
If you want to improve it then a hit effect would but nice when hitting bats (eg when hitting then the are pushed a bit back and blinking).
Thanks a lot :) I had the first pokemon and zelda games in mind when working on the assets.
I have a long list of features I didn't finish and better effects was right after sounds :) Time was just running too fast :p
Times always runs fast at this jam. I did only manage to get codeing for like 4-6 hours on my game doing this week
