Very solid entry, simple idea and good execution. Some levels could use some work but there were no bugs :), also there is another game using this asset pack :D

Could use better level design, like that level where there is two hearts on the same spot, that was kind of a cheap way to fit the seven hearts in the level. There could be a little more challenge to the platforming and the puzzle part.

Over all, I don’t really have that much to say about this game. It’s executed well. The movement feels good. I enjoyed the build-up of puzzle solving while progressing through the levels. I was happy to see actual enemies come into play the further progressed.

Nice game, simple concept and good implementation.
The collisions may need some tweaking, when jumping it hits you even when it feels is shouldn't.

Hi jonasmv, I liked the progression with the difficulty. At the flying monster I was sure it would swoop down or poop on me. Luckily it did not, haha.
I was thinking of adding this feature as well.

Nice little platformer. Criticism: I found the lack of contrast between the things that kill you and the background made them hard to spot at first. Overall I think it was well done. I appreciate how each level added a bit of complexity for a nice difficulty ramp.
Your are right. There should have been a higher contrast between the spikes and the background.

I think the sounds in themselves were good, but their volume is way compared to the rest. The sound effects also start with a delay, I suspect that your sound files don't start exactly at 0.00s? FYI you can fix all of those things in godot, without having to meddle with the sound files:

You could try to fade out entities before destroying them. It's very fast to do once you know AnimationPlayer node and adds a lot to the polished feel.
I am using rhe animation player to fade out both the keys and rhe hearts when collecttion them. You think rhe fare out effect is to fast?
I mostly meant doors, I think they're disappearing immediately after collecting the key
It's a cute little game, simple but fun. It would have been nice to have some kind of brief animation after beating each level, and probably a (very short) death sequence as well. The way it is was kind of sudden.
Sounds like the dead animation still need some improvements to be about right.
I did toy around with a victory danse as an end level animation but I could not make it good enough to add it to the game
Nice design that I have to jump at certain angle and timing to dodge those traps! You may try to improve the sprite so that I can rate Originality higher next time.
I watched the same tutorial video tooI have tried to start learning how to create my artwork instead of relying on Kenney. I am to embarrassed to show them. But I am happy you liked the design (another weak point of mine )
It's a short game with a lot of potencial, I Iove the art and the music but the sfx got a little annoying after playing a little. I wish i could play more levels, it's a solid submission, good job!!
I run out of time for creating more levels. That is why there is only one level with the flying dude.

Fairly easy game, but it looks nice and is fun to play! I like the sound effects, only after a few levels the screen just turned black. Does that mean I beat it and is it intended?
Dammit. I forgot to set the the next scene for the 2th to last level. Bug is fixed. You just missed the last level and the ending credits. His is my mistake. Thank you for telling me
mine if the player dies nothing pops up. Stuff like that happens
The level should reset so the player can try again without any interuption. I did some play test with some popups. I did find them enjoying
