Not ony do you have to combine weaker enemies to summon the final boss, you also have to build up your own stats before you face it.

Very well executed game, awesome music. but I couldn't really experience the "assembly" part because it's so hard!
My only complaint is that you didn't used Physical Keys for your Input Map causing the keys to be scattered all over the place for people like me who are using a different keyboard layout.

I ran this on macOS via the itch app.
Difficult game but you have got some really nice music and chunky shotgun sound effects! The characters may be simple boxes but their animations are nice. Good job!
Was able to play by downloading the windows file and the mac version. Unzipping the folder, moving the "illuminator.exe" to .\Illuminator.app\Contents\Resources and running from there.
Rather surprised by the game. Good option screen, rather neat animation and controls. Grabbing the demons and throwing them was fun, same for shooting them. Imma need that song too.

Very Hard Game! It looks like it has a lot of depth to it though from what I was reading in the guide from the menu, but I just can't seem to get very far in to see it.
Visuals are simple but effective, however the Red on Red might prove difficult for the color-blind.
Overall pretty neat concept, I like the combining demons aspect, seems very original.
The windows exe would not launch, it said it was missing the pck file.
Shoot, my bad. I'll reupload it at the end of the jam if anyone's still interested.
