Interesting VS-clone! The concept of VHS and DVDs is hilarious and was what sold it for me! The graphics are simple, but good enough. I wish there was more resolution consistency, as it felt a bit tiny. Great entry, regardless!

Very cool dungeon crawler! The element mechanic is solid and the game plays well. I was a bit confused with what the money was for and there were some animation glitches, but I had fun overall. Good work!

Haha, no, it's not just you, I struggled with it sometimes too haha.
The font is Memo, from somepx: https://somepx.itch.io/pixel-font-memo
And I agree, I would've wanted to add sound to it, but no time unfortunately.
Thank you for playing!

Thank you!

Thank you! I know the feeling, even while I was testing it, I won some games by sheer luck haha.

Haha yeah, I can see how it can be difficult for some players. Maybe different difficulty options would help!

Yep it was a level progression tracker! Thanks for playing!

Thank you for playing and for the feedback! I'll take a look at the bugs after the jam for sure, gotta keep learning!

Many thanks!

Thank you!

Thanks!

Very cool! I love the little crab concept, it's super creative! Props!

Good concept! Unfortunately, I had to read the comments to understand how to play. Don't forget to leave instructions somewhere or even make a tutorial if you can! This will help a lot!
Other than that, the visuals are decent and fun :)

Thank you!

Fun little game! I like the world you've built there! The tutorial has lots of text, I thought it would never end, haha! Other than that, the mechanics are simple, easy to use, and wrap up a fun and engaging gameplay loop. Good stuff!

Interesting haha. I didn't expect Big Ben to have a mouth and eat cars up xD
I had a fun time, well done :)

Amazing presentation on a game with super tight game design. Every system works well with each other. On top of that, there's just enough juice to spice up the gameplay. Really well-done!

Thanks!

Hello! I just released a tiny free 4-color top-down pixel art asset pack! Feel free to take a look at it or even download it for your sample projects!

Unique take on the fairy tale! Movement is good and the concept of falling down as fast as possible is fun and compelling. Good stuff!

Slick controls, cohesive art direction, and pristine level design. Well done!

Played for a good 20 minutes, which says something. Awesome work!

Hehe one of my favorite for this jam. Surprisingly fun for its simplicity and the humor + art direction make an interesting game that's worth the play. Awesome work!

Fun game, banger music loop and tight controls! The only nitpick I would have would be the absence of obvious visual feedback when you get hit on top of the damage number. Other than that, it's a solid entry!

A cool and fun presentation and storyline. I love a good simple story! The music fits the game well too! It took me a while to understand the corpse mechanic, but it made sense! Good game!

Interesting concept! It took me a while to understand that I could switch elements from the beginning, but I got it. Gotta time my throws better though haha. Good work there :)

What a strange game haha.
Stacking frogs is something that I would've never thought of doing xD
Fun little game, good job peeps!

Fun game! The swoop was technically useless, but I had a good time. Thank you!

Ahhhh, wish I could've played that with a controller haha. Fun and frustrating game, I loved it.

Cool game! Very challenging, but enticing nonetheless. Great work!

Very difficult to control. It also took me a while to understand how to time my throws haha. Still couldn't figure out how to buy stuff! Good job overall, though!

That game is so fun! If you make your players go through the whole experience without interruption, you know you're doing something right! Well done!

Very fun game! Felt like I was playing Annie from League of Legends haha.
The abilities felt clunky to use and were confusing at first, but after a minute or two, I got the hang of it.
Good work there, y'all should be proud.

Good sense of visual design there! (except for the font color, using plain black would've been more effective there).
I had fun building my tower! The physics toggle was a great addition and keeping it available and visible in the top corner is good UX. Good stuff!

Scary setting! There isn't much "game" there, but the idea is there. Good work!

Cute presentation, I liked the attention to detail there. My only nitpick is the lack of pixel aspect ratio consistency and the fact that tutorials block my gameplay instead of complementing it. Other than that, it's definitely one of my favorites. Well done!

I love tower defense games. This one was quite challenging to control, though. The music didn't quite fit with the game, but the tutorial was clear enough to help me move forward. Good stuff :)

A very fun game! Controls were a little wonky, but I played it for longer than I thought I would, which is huge! Awesome work!

That's a cool concept. I think you got something there!
I'll say one thing: try not to devalue yourself, especially in game descriptions! It impacts how people will view your game. Let them be judges of their own experience.
Keep it up, and good work on the game!

Straight-to-the-point type of game. Some tutorial explanations were unnecessary, but the movement is fluid. I wish we could see more of the map as the character was a bit too big for the screen's resolution. Good work regardless!
