This was a big project for a jam so you did great.  Little bit more polish and this is a great game :)

Thank you!

Cool idea! the graphics were nice and having a tutorial window at the start was really appreciated. There were a couple things I think the game would benefit from, like when I lost on the minigame and it closed, it kept going even though I wasn't playing, so when a I went back I got one miss instantly, maybe it should reset after it closes. Also it would make the minigame more enjoyable if there were some visual feedback at the point where you should press the key, maybe the area of a different color. Overall it was a fun and cute game,  nice job!

Thanks for your critics! I'll definitely carry this over into future games! Ironically, the current game im working on helped me realize the power of Auto Loading for Global Variables, which would have made this game 100% easier to code up!

Cute game! Congrats on your first GWJ entry. The slime was very cute. Reminded me of Chao garden from Sonic. Used to play that all the time. :) Nice job.

Thanks! That's kinda what we were going for actually! It's only my second game with Godot, so there are lost of small things I've learned from this project!

Great aesthetic and environment. I like all the ideas, but I couldn't tell if I was doing things right. Maybe needs a bit more user feedback on the sun and the mini game.

Thank you!! A few things got a bit messy in the end, we were a bit ambitious for the time frame. Appreciate the comments

Cool! I dig the vibe created by the art and audio a lot. Really gives the feel like I've gotta take care of this cute, little dude.

I agree that the controls often felt a bit weird. And at one point I got stuck in the vending machine screen (?), and while I was in there the little thanks for playing thing popped up,  so that was pretty unfortunate because I felt like I missed the game and didn't really understand how I had progressed.

I would say that this is one of those entries that would really benefit from being expanded on, if you feel like it, of course. As is, it's definitely a neat little demo with lots of potential!

Thank you for such a good review!! You’re right, we were a bit ambitious but I think we nailed some great foundations. Appreciate the feedback.

I enjoyed the audio for your game. Controls were a little touchy drag and drop was able to select multiple things and if I moved the mouse to quick I would lose the item. mini game could use some feedback. I'm not sure how it was generating money or if it was just for fun. Slime was cute and it would be good to give some betting indication where the slime needed to go to be saved.  Over all really good start on a neat pet raising game.
