Very nice! There is a lot of dev gone into this one! Congrats!
Thank you!! Congrats on your game as well!
Good game idea! I really wanted to experience it some more, but at every game I tried I was not able to use more than 2 cards and never managed to capture a monster. Also, without some form of tutorial is hard to figure out the mechanics, and the mouse hover feature could be a little faster. The art is lovely tough, as for the game concept. With a bit of work and polish I think that this can become a rather engaging and fun gaming experience, and I would be happy to try it again. I can definitely see the effort you put into it! Keep it up!
Thanks for playing! As a card game, the bug that doesn't let you play cards sucks haha The next version won't have that ;)
This is a pretty neat card game. I would definitely play this one in the future again. Good job! It was a bit hard to understand but I do hope you will polish it some more after the jam.
Thanks!! We do plan on turning it into a full release. But there were mechanics left due to time so we are rebuilding it. Look forward to it! :)
Great game, I really liked it! At first I had trouble understanding the mechanics but I finally managed to escape on the third try :) (I even tried to capture the magician xD)
Honestly, I think this concept can be developed into a "real" full game, have you thought about it?
Thanks so much for playing! We are looking into building this into a full game! There were so many features that didn't make it in. Stay tuned!
Oh good! Is there a specific place to follow you?
(btw, you deserve a much better ranking imo :p)
Haha thank you ;) not currently. We are going to work on a more polished demo over the next couple months. And we'll post that on itch first. I'll post in the description of this game the steam page link if the more polished demo does well. Thanks for the interest!!
All right !
I wish you good luck :)
This was neat! I like the idea of combining the cards to create more powerful ones. It was a little weird being thrust straight into it and I never figured out the timestone/sun/moon thing, but ultimately it was still interesting once I figured out the general game loop.
Nice job!
Thank you! would have loved to add more polish and a short tutorial
Nice game. I liked the goblin's grumpy face. I didn't try every combination of cards, but combining two cards to create new powerful cards with limited use was what made this interesting.
Thanks so much! :D
Nice game, I'm a fan of deck builders.
Unfortunately they are hard to understand without a in-game tutorial. Not sure the capture card was working, never managed to capture an enemy. Similarly, what are sun and moon cards for?
Thanks for playing! Sometimes cards don't let you play them... not intentional lol If you hover over the enemies, it will tell you what health they need to be at to capture them. Sun and Moon cards are passives when they are in your hand. If you hover over them, they tell you what their passives are. Sun heals you when playing cards. Moon negates creature insubordination. :)
Cool ideal. I liked that I could capture creatures and extend my deck more. Binding cards is also a cool idea. The sun/moon was a neat addition I'm guessing because of the wildcard. Over all really good game that I'll likely come back to and try and beat.
Thanks so much for playing!
