Fun take on the overcooked formula, I liked the idea of adding a 'mini-game' of sorts with the space bar when using the anvil and the tables, and nice way to incorporate cooling down metals as gameplay! Honestly a cool game given it's a gamejam with limited time!
Appreciate the comments, thanks for playing!
It reminded me of playing with my girlfriend in overcooked!!!! Screw overcooked. Lemme cook up that sword in the kitchen and max out my score. All jokes aside, this game was super fun!
Thanks for playing, glad you had fun.
Really cool game! There were a few things that threw me off when I first tried it - namely I first tried to take scrap to the furnace (I completely missed the arrows to the smelter lol). I also quenched my first ingot, having to heat it all the way from blue before forging it. It was fun figuring the precise order out. Because of my mistakes, my first score was pretty low.
All in all it was really fun! The minigames were a nice touch - it was truly frustrating when I was assembling a weapon but saw an ingot overheating on the furnace.
I also saw the bug where you could keep playing after the time ran out - as you suspected, I was in a minigame when the time expired. The score on the UI didn't go up even after delivering the weapon though.

Yeah, the more comments about the start makes me wish I did the on-screen tutorial earlier to make the cut. Also, one minigame/tool that just missed the cut was Sharpener, which would have broken your weapon into scraps if you failed the minigame.
Nice, so another confirmation that the bug happens during a minigame; at least I know how to fix it. Thanks again for playing and the feedback!
Once you get used to it, it’s incredibly fun! Great work all of you!
Yeah, sadly the on-screen tutorial didn't make the cut. Thanks for playing!
My final highscore: 1447
Was fun to optimise my workflow to try and maximise the score. Pretty art and nice audio too :)
I somehow could still play the game in the background after it ended and showed me my score.
Hey, nice score! And thanks! Someone else showed me that bug as well. I think it happens when you are in the middle of a minigame when time runs out, but it's hard to replicate.
Highest score someone has sent to me!
Great game! Absolutely loved the workflow and juggling between the different minigames while keeping and eye to make sure ingots didn't melt!
Thanks, glad you had fun!
Awesome game! I had a lot of fun managing between the mini games and making sure my ingots didn't burn in the furnace! Could honestly sink a few hours into this game if It was a bit more polished. If it had multiplayer (i know not feasible in this jam but theoretically) I would quite literally sink 100's of hours into this game! My only complaint that it was download only, wished it was available in web.
Thanks for the kind words. It has web up. I really wish I could have added sharpening, which could break your weapon into scraps just before delivery if you failed. But didn't have enough time to polish it well enough. I think as it stands now, local multiplayer could easily be added with updating input map, and dropping another character since it's modular. I'll look into that.
